The Monti provides a stellar example of the possibilities and level of residential design attainable by MBS Residential, evident in the range of finishes and products showcased.

The Monti has been designed to achieve a Gold Level rating under the Livable Housing Design guidelines. by incorporating family-friendly and accessible elements, which make the home suitable for people of all ages.

For example, most internal doors in ‘The Monti’ are 900mm wide, making it easier to manoeuvre a pram or wheelchair. Similarly, the main hallway is 1200mm wide.

The master bedroom has deliberately been placed on the ground level and is generously proportioned, while the en suite features a step-free shower.

In addition, the ‘The Monti’ has been designed to make future modifications easier; internal walls have been strengthened where appropriate to allow for the installation of handrails.
