Resort style home renovation
A luxurious internal courtyard garden was created as part of the renovation and gave the master suite and connecting hallway a resort-style feel.
The addition of a pergola to the back deck enhanced the Asian-themed resort feel. This effect was complemented through the use of quality timber doors and windows, as well as solid timber flooring. The introduction of features such as LED lighting helped to bring this 1960s residence into line with modern expectations and finishes.
Renovations to the existing residence drove the need for a consistent level of finishing throughout the project. This approach delivered a high quality family home, while giving the effect of a new build at a much more affordable pricepoint.
