Local and National ‘Display Home of the Year’

Having already establishing an enviable reputation for quality in the retail and commercial markets, Monarch Building Solutions constructed its first residential display home in 2010.

The aim was to illustrate our adaptable skills across different building sectors. By using the latest in residential technologies and luxurious finishes we created a display home like no other.

Our extraordinary attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. The home marked our arrival into the residential market and went on to scoop the pool at the 2010 MBA Excellence in Building Awards, claiming both local and national honours for display home of the year.
