This three-storey townhouse in Kingston was transformed into a year-round oasis of luxury, comfort, and striking aesthetics. Striving for personalisation, each level of the townhouse was stripped to its concrete shell, providing a clean slate for refurbishment.

Collaborating closely with architects and interior designers, Monarch ensured the design not only met aesthetic aspirations but also remained practical. The comprehensive overhaul included structural modifications for new features like a sundeck podium and internal lift, complemented by upscale finishes such as marble, brushed bronze, and profiled timber.
